Out Of The Box is a social enterprise producing hand-made individualised high quality items of home decor and fashion accessories by up-cycling materials destined for landfill. We work with people with multiple or complex needs providing training and employment opportunities and enabling them to become ‘job ready’. Our beneficiaries include, but are not limited to, prisoners and ex-offenders, people with substance misuse problems, homeless individuals, refugees, victims of domestic violence and long term unemployed and young adults not in education, employment or training. Our profits are re-invested in the business or used to support beneficiaries and charities chosen by the board, as appropriate.
